Residential interiors
Homes designed around the way people actually live.
Residential design is not simply choosing beautiful pieces. It is the orchestration of privacy, storage, light, daily rituals, family life, guests, maintenance and personal identity.
New-build interiors
Working with the architecture so interior scale, finishes, joinery, lighting and furniture feel deliberate rather than added later.
Whole-home refreshes
A coherent design language across living, dining, bedrooms, study spaces, entry points and outdoor connections.
Decoration + furnishing
Layered furniture, rugs, artwork, lighting and textiles selected with proportion, restraint and long-term use in mind.
What makes a residence feel premium?
It is rarely one expensive item. Premium homes usually feel calm because the underlying decisions are consistent: the scale of the sofa works with the room, window treatments are considered, storage is quiet, lighting is layered, hard surfaces are softened, and focal points are not competing.
Residential design checklist
| Area | Questions to resolve |
|---|---|
| Entry | Where do keys, bags, shoes and deliveries go? What is the first impression? |
| Living | Is the room arranged for conversation, viewing, circulation or all three? |
| Kitchen/dining | How do guests, children, storage and entertaining patterns affect the plan? |
| Bedrooms | How is privacy, softness, light control and storage handled? |
| Outdoor connection | Does the interior palette transition naturally to external entertaining areas? |
